She is also hoping to use the SNAP benefits at Target by her.

Hi Judy,
Generally speaking Target takes an EBT card for basic groceries. Not hot food or prepared food. In fact most stores take SNAP (EBT) for basic groceries. if your daughter needs a good resource, have her try the Providers App to manage her EBT, figure out which stores (like Target) take them and more. Get details on Provider EBT app. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... efits.html
My daughter is on Medicaid and SNAP food stamps and needs help paying for her rent and grocery bills soon – one of her roommates that helped with rent will be moving out and she is wondering what assistance is available so she can stay in her apartment and get some food.
She is also hoping to use the SNAP benefits at Target by her – is that something that is only done online or can she call someone to get more info on if Target takes the EBT card? What is the best phone number to call?
Where and who can she contact for forms to fill out etc. or make a phone call.
She lives in Tioga County. Any help is appreciated.
Judy
