Hi Rose
Does the IDD Authority have contact information on local volunteers in San Antonio that do home repairs or charities? If not, try the Human Services office. They often help disabled people and look here for benefits. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tonio.html

List of San Antonio to fix the home of a disabled person
Hello,
My name is Rose and I work for the Local IDD Authority in Bexar County, San Antonio, Tx. We service individuals with intellectual and development disorders. I have a family on my caseload who is in need of funding or donating of supplies to fix their home. It is a mobile home and they need extra rooms and to remodel the master bathroom. The addition of one of the bedrooms and fixes as well as remodeling of bathroom will be to accommodate my individual as he ages, he will need these modifications for safety and accessibility. We have contacted Catholic Charities multiple times with no response. Please reply if you have any additional resources. The family lives in a rural area in Atascosa with San Antonio being its next major city.
