Looking for Newark NJ rent assistance

While we have no idea about the Corey Booker things and what their office may or may not have said, there are a number of rent assistance programs in that Newark area. I have been requesting an application for rent help from the Newark Housing Authority. I have also be going to charities for rental assistance. But I have been trying the government. I have been being to the office of senator Corey Booker had informed me that they have rental assistance available. Yet I have not been able to obtain a reply or how or where to go on line for the application. Please provide me with the needed information to obtain this much needed assistance.
