My only income is from resell thrift stores. What to do?

I am a 66-year-old veteran on section 8
I make about 200 to 300 a month going to the thrift store buying and then reselling selling some products.
It is my only source of income.
I was coming back from the swap on Wednesday night when my car stopped running while I was on Hwy 51.
I managed to get off and tur right into the plaza. I Had my car towed by State Farm to my apartment and now it just sits there.
I have tried to take care of this car as best I could with my limited resources, as buying and reselling at a thrift store and online is not much money.
I am in dire straits and if I cannot fix my car then I am in big trouble.
Not sure what is wrong with it. Might be minor. Is there any way to get help fixing it? What can I do to make more money?
