Re: Help for DCF children

Good Morning,
My name is Krysta I live in Ocklawaha, FL and DCF is after me. I have been out of a job since February, I left my serving job in November due to pregnancy and left for my Maternity leave. I had to get back to work because my fiance got let go and I got a good job opportunity at a local bar so he stayed home with the baby and I worked but sadly got let go in February. We are $2000 behind in rent and I think our landlord is filing an eviction with the court this week, and $200 behind in electricity, we are currently on the shut off list. I need help immediately but cant seem to really navigate to the right website or to the right people. Please, please, please could I get some help or at least pointed in the right direction for help. DCF is talking about taking my son because I cant pay my bills. I will say IF I get evicted we found efficiencies for a cheap price that include electricity, garbage, sewer, and water in rent that is a 15 minute walk from a really good job opportunity for both of us at a restaurant so we will be able to work. It's about an hour walk from where we are now, just to add to our problems both our vehicles are broke down. If I can either get help with the rent of where I currently am or help getting into this new place would be amazing!!!
Please let me know how to go about getting the help I need before DCF takes my kid, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

There are DCF programs in North Dakota to apply for. Grants, job placement, and more is offered from a social worker. But there may be implication to your children though.

Help for DCF children

I want to help impoverished families discriminated against by DCF and denied the right to be together as a family. DCF doesn't understand what dangerous foster parents look like or what loving parents look like. Kids are being killed, denied knowing their parents, parents are denied their right to raise their children, and it's not always because of abuse neglect or drugs. Its poverty, its misunderstood cultures within families, the smallest things could rip families apart.
Their services scarcely match the family's needs and these family's need support and advice the lawyers just aren't providing. The public awareness isn't there and parents shouldn't fear DCF just because they don't have much money. DCF isn't returning children too addicts who get clean for their children and kids are dying in DCF care. I am making an organization to help educate and support families affected by DCF, and raise public awareness. I intend to provide stories and advice, laws parents aren't told by their lawyers, until it is clear what changes must be made.
DCF should exist to save children from abuse but today, parents need my organization to save themselves and their children from the emotional abuse DCF is currently causing, perhaps unintentionally, but the pain is real and disruptions to these families torn apart needlessly is an injustice that must stop. I just need a computer. I was an army counter Intelligence agent and child psychology major and I see a major social tragedy being ignored and I want to help make it right, at least make it known.
