Hi Heather
Reads like you are doing your best to feed two growing boys, and as you know even working full time as a single parent is enough not enough to pay the groceries. Have you and your boys try a food pantry in El Paso TX, and details of them here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... _paso.html

Free food needed in El Paso Texas for my kids

Post by Sanchez »

My name is Heather and I was referred to you by a coworker who thought you may be able to help me get food here in El Paso Texas. I am the mother of two amazing teenage sons. I work full time to support us and make just enough to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table most of the time. There is nothing left for extra ever, and our groceries always run out each month. 3 years ago I came out of a hard place and started off on my own after leaving a very abusive marriage. I worked full time but made very little. I received assistance from the state of TX for food for it is not enough for my kids. I am very proud to say I have come along way and no longer receive any government assistance. My boys know I work hard and I feel I’m setting a positive example for them. However behind closed doors it’s really rough and I struggle everyday to make ends meet and buy them produce, milk, and other food. When emergency expenses pop up there is nothing left to cover it. I have fallen behind on food. I have nowhere safe to go in El Paso County Texas. Are you able to direct me to anyone who can help?
