Who can fix a car in Phoenix for free since have no income?

Good day! I am in emergency need of financial assistance to pay for my car registration and also repairs to a 2017 Toyota RAV 4. Registration is due next week. Otherwise my license will be suspended. As I live in my SUV this is quite unsettling. Now it needs repairs too as the city of Phoenix is cracking down on cars parked in one place. I had the date in my head. I'm looking for a referral to any organization that can help me with this crisis. Thank you.

Great of you to try to help a senior and volunteer and doing the research for them. A senior may be hard to get a car fixed - as most places (that even do something like this) are limited and offer a car repair for work reasons. On the other hand, do your friend as Habitat for referrals? Heck we would think some member of it may do it for her. She is a volunteer for free for hospice here and needs her vehicle to continue that, along with being able to do her grocery shopping etc. She just recently discovered that she needs 1,400 to 1,500 car repair and does not have any resources to have that done. Where can I place in Phoenix help her fix her car for free since she is a volunteer.
