Re: Who gives away vehicles in Phoenix AZ?
My brother lives right outside Phoenix AZ. He has been in trouble in his life and is unable to drive as he has no car and needs one. He can’t get a job and has very little to no money. He lives in an area my mother can afford and keeps him out of trouble in the city. My problem is I live in Missouri and my mother is 70 years old. She takes him food when she can and he cuts wood and other odd jobs when available. Is there something near him where he can get a car? As my mother gets older he is going to have to learn to help himself. I realize things are hard for people in that area. If there is something would you please let me know? I hate the thought of anybody going hungry especially my brother. Thank you:

Re: Who gives away vehicles in Phoenix AZ?
Mr. McNamara,
Thank you for a very informative website that lists so many helpful resources. I'm reaching out to ask you for your help in finding specific, local car programs that help for my daughter in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is a single mother of two preschoolers and works full time. She is not able to make ends meet and pay for a car. She lives in a substandard apartment complex and is hoping to move to a safer area in the next two months. She needs assistance with a car to move and rent on an on-going basis and needs help with making the deposits required at move-in. She also needs ongoing help with utility bills, car payments and groceries and car insurance payments. It's just too much for her presently. We are not able to help her financially to the degree that she needs. Any help or direction you could provide would be so very much appreciated.

Re: Who gives away vehicles in Phoenix AZ?
Of course a free vehicle, no matter where someone lives (Phoenix or somewhere else) will be rare. But there are some places to apply at that may help. We have information such as community action in Maricopa County, Family Service centers and other places that help workers or people that need transportation or a car for a job. Find details on where to get help in Phoenix AZ.

Who gives away vehicles in Phoenix AZ?
I live in Phoenix AZ and need help with a vehicle. What charity or dealership has them to give away? The jobs I am qualified for are to far to use public transportation as it takes 2 to 3 hours to go 15 minutes by car. Also they are very unreliable.
I currently am unemployed with no money coming in and have 2 interviews Monday. I am trying to get work so the car would help me. I work about 12 miles away in Phoenix, so way too far to bike in the heat. I have to move by May 22 as my lease is up and my Landlord wants to sell as she can get 3 times what she paid for the condo. I have electric and rent due. I only need $300 for those bills and the vehicle for the job.
