I have given to the Project Share program for Many, Many years, and for the first time I desperately needed it as I buried my Brother last month which created a financial crisis for me. My Electricity will be cut off on the 29th of this month.
I was not eligible to receive assistance even though I am 100% disable and live alone. You should state the financial requirements in your advertisement on the Alabama web site so people can make their own decision to donate to a charity that will never ever help them.
