I need electric bill assistance. I've been having vehicle issues for over two months now. I'm working on that issue but its made being able to pay my utility bill a problem. I do not have a phone to make calls. I don't live in walking distance to be able to tend to this problem locally. Gas is scarce for vehicle because of my issue. I'm at ends meet, please help.

Hi I am trying to find some type of help with my electric bill from ComEd it has a disconnection notice for 10/08/2009 i ahve called every place i can think of including liheap they said they can not help there is 7 people living in this house i am the only one working right now my dad lost his job last year there is 2 children under the age of 8 years and no one can help can you please give me some ideas as to who can help
