Hi my name is Maggie and I am a physically disabled 48 year old woman wheelchair bound who lives in Marysville California. I am on SSDI.
I bought this house in June 2016 and have never been late on my mortgage. …. Until December 2023. My heater on my HVAC system broke and I can’t afford to fix it. So I bought 4 small electric heaters. Between those and the increase in my electric bill I got behind. Also my dryer broke and my garbage disposal. My son that was living with me and helping me a little got Covid and had to move out. My mortgage payment is behind $925.00. I am able to pay the monthly payment of $890.12 but am unable to send $925 (which includes late fees).
Do you know of any organization that can help me?
I’ve contacted Salvation Army and a couple of churches in my area but no one has responded. I am in a motorized wheelchair and would not be able to find accessible affordable housing.

I'm a disabled with rare genetic disorder. It’s called hereditary spastic paraplegic. It is a progressive disease which has left me in a wheelchair with 5 small children under 15. I can't afford my rent for the month of February and am reaching out for help. I'm new to New Bern NC. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am only 21 years old and I'm disabled. I use a wheelchair. My mother has left me why I was at work. She moved out and took everything but my stuff and she haven't paid last month rent or this month rent before she left.
I really need help as they are about to put me out on the streets. The rent is $2700. I will put some money towards it too. I need help.
