Need housing after leaving rehab center

My significant other recently started his new job, and we have been struggling to catch up with all our bills. We live in a rehab center barely paid the rent for September and don't have enough for December's rent. I was looking for some assistance with December's rent to get back on track with all the other bills we have so we can leave this center too. Thank you very much.

Hello, My name is Jasmine and I'm trying to find help for a friend. He is 45 and he was recently in the hospital and got sent to a rehab center. He lost his place to live and he will no longer be able to live at the rehabilitation center. He has some of the money to get a place. He just needs some help with the deposit and getting the utilities turned on! He is handicapped "in a wheelchair" ! If you could get back to me as soon as possible that would be great.
