Stay where you are and save, save, save. At $380 a week most places want you to show you make in one week what the rent is; $850 a month would take over two weeks pay. If you end up paying groceries, gas, electric, cable you will not make it on that amount. Save for a while before planning to move, even wait until you get a job. You need to think about money down as well; 1st, last and security deposit.

Money to start our home

Post by Snapon »

Me and my fiancé are looking for a place to rent. I’m 19 and has 22. We have a 3 month old baby boy and a female mutt. We’ve been looking for homes between $400-850. The only problem is my fiancé only makes 380 tops a week. And I stay at home with the baby. We stay at his parents house with 6 other people at the moment. We just want to start our family in our own home. If you can help, that would be very appreciated.
