All you really can do is try to work out some type of payment plan. If not, pay them off first, little by little, then move out.

I am in need of getting help for my electric which will cost me $900 to get back on and gas $300. Both of these transferred with me each time I moved and due to my financial situation at that time, disconnected both of these services and moved in with my relatives. Now that I have steady income, I want to move out but these two bills remain outstanding and I am unable to pay both in full on my own.
