need help paying mortgage

I am a 69 year old senior citizen that will need help paying a mortgage. My husband will be 70 in a few weeks.
Duke Energy recently raised my budget billing monthly amount from $135 to $230, but us in need of help with a mortgage.
City of Gulfport Utility bill for water/trash has also increased. My last bill was $147
We both are on social security incomes totaling $2800 monthly. Our mortgage payment is $1133.00 monthly and we need help paying the mortgage.
Along with life insurance and vehicle insurance, prescriptions and food we barely have anything left to survive.
We need assistance with our utility bills please. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

can anyone give me advise as to were to go for help with my mortgage i am scheduled to go to court next month my dad lost his job last May 08 so the place we have called said they can not help due to no income.
please if anyone know where we can go for help please let us know.
