Agency for help with rent

Hi, I need help on a late rent payment and want to apply. I currently don't live in the apartments that I owe the late rent payment to due to me moving into my new apartment but the payment still has to be made. When I was living at my old apartment, rent was due at the first of every month but I wasn't able to make my rent payment of 650.00 for March because I was having financial problems and couldn't afford it. I talked to the landlord and got a extension and was giving until the end of March to pay the 650.00 plus the 50.00 late fee so a total of 700.00. That apartment lease is up on March 31st and I no longer live in that apartment anymore because I found a new one that I'm living in now.
The security deposit was 372.16. I owe 300.00 for the actual security deposit than 72.16 was the prorated amount because I moved in 5 days before the month was over with and April rent is free because my rental application got approved and because I signed a 12 month lease and that was the special that was going on at the time. I can not afford the 700.00 rent payment that I still owe to my last apartment for the month of July because of the 372.16 that went towards my new apartment and because I have other expenses that I have to pay. I owe my car payment, car insurance, cell phone bill, my every day living needs and especially my son because I am a single mother. I was recently staying in a basement apartment in a home in Chantilly. I'm trying to figure out how to go about this situation in the best possible way. I am in a awful and terrible position. Myself and my two minor children are very soon to be facing an eviction. I lost my job in May due to a car accident. I have been living with a abusive spouse who has finally abandoned us at our home leaving us with no means to survive purposely knowing our financial situation. Also try the Human Services group in Los Angeles California, as they may have some suggestions on rental programs for you. I am 61 and disabled. I’ve been on SSI for about 6 years. I have Spinal Stenosis, so walking and balance are difficult. I am living with a friend but it is not permanent. I get $930/month. Soon the state of California disability agency will pay my Medicare and I will get $104 more. I need help such as rent voucher or help paying deposits to move into an apartment or house. The home I am in is not safe for me. (not abuse) There is just things in the home that makes it hard for me to move around.--shower, no heat except for a wood stove, roof leaks... My mom struggles day in and day out so she could put clothes on our back, pay the rent, feed us, and provide us with shelter. Our mom recently got very sick and was told to leave her job. We was recently just evicted from our house and a week later after we moved to our new house it caught on fire which caused us to relocate again. Now we live with a relative and my mom lives with a family friend. Today we was asked to leave our school and find a new school to go to because we dont live in the district anymore. We both applied to prep schools and received 3 out of the 6 schools we applied to decision letters yesterday. Unfortunately only one school so far accepted us. We would love to attend that school but we was not granted any aid financially because we qualified for to much. We would love you guys to point is in the right direction for how to get help.
