Hello,
My name is LeAnn and I'm seeking emergency rental assistance. I'm employed however, due to recent health issues I missed some time at work and fell behind on rent. The eviction was granted last Tuesday and I may be locked out tomorrow. I don't have any family or know people here. I desperately need emergency help.

Hi all
We have information on state (and local) emergency rent assistance programs. Many government organizations offer help (such as ESG grants) and charities also offer emergency help to pay back rent - but usually small dollar amounts. Find the emergency rent assistance by state. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tance.html

Hello
I was trying to see if I can qualify for emergency rental assistance. Please let me know regarding the rental and other utilities.
I do live in Fulton county GA and am currently looking for work. I don't qualify for unemployment due to just working temp service jobs but there are none available this month. But more next month but I am behind on the rent and need emergency assistance.
Please contact me thank you.

I need immediate rental assistance to get caught up with my landlord. By all rights he could kick me out now because I have owed him a couple of hundred for a few months now and it seems impossible to get caught back up. I have never needed this kind of immediate assistance before. But someone stole money from me and everything has snowballed from there.

Emergency Rental Assistance.
The last
2 1/2 years have been difficult for me financially. I seem to go from one situation to the next spending money that I can't afford to spend but emergency situations happen. I live on approximately $400 a month after all my bills are paid or other debts, like a friend of mine has helped me a lot. But when I need to borrow money from him, I need to pay it back when I get paid and I seem to always be swimming against the current.
This month I can't pay my rent, car insurance nor can I pay a few other bills that I normally pay.
If a company or organization would help me, I would pay back an agreeable amount back to them each month to pay the loan or front of. I have lived in my apartment since May 2002. I have numerous medical problems and I wouldn't make it thru one night on the streets. I have been calling places and they usually send me to some other place and it has been two weeks of rejection and it is overwhelming for me.
I don't know who I could call for immediate assistance.
Thanks.

My family and I were given a 72 hour eviction notice as well as the three apartments next door. We still don't understand why but are currently homeless and have 2 kids in school. We are looking immediately for small inexpensive apartments but all require a heavy deposit or much rent up fromt. We are currently trying to come up with the rent but is very hard on a new job getting minimal hours and paying a motel to keep our kids in.

So apply for some of the Marion County programs that may help with housing and/or rent needs. There are plenty of agencies in the community to try for assistance. Also, if your ex-boyfriend abused you, then try a DV program too. As that may be an option for you. Here is a list of charities and resources to try. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... tance.html

I’m having sever panic attacks on top of having Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. He then locked her at one point in a storage unit for over 3 hours and we did not know he had done so. He sexually assaulted my friend 2 times.
Between all the trauma and healing our landlords don't care we owe them the rest of July’s rent by this Tuesday for $320. Plus they want us out by the end of August due to the police calls because he violates the no contact order and stuck's my every move.
I was told by the police call everything he violates it and by the end of July we may be homeless for something we did not do. We have tried to reach out everywhere we can think of the are praying GOD is watching over us and sends us a Lil Guardian Angel to help us in this time of need.

Well there are some agencies in Jefferson County that may be able to help you with housing. As based on your message, it sounds like you are trying to help yourself, have done all you can, have initiative, etc. So you just need a little assistance to push you over the hurdle. So try these emergency rent assistance programs in Birmingham, and maybe they can support you on your journey.

I need emergency help to pay $600 for my rent. I am married and my husband lost his job and we have two kids and I am currently working 3 jobs but it doesn't seem to be enough. I’m short on my rent for November and December is about to be due. My landlord is threatening to put us out if I can't come up with the money by November 25th. I really need help or a donation. I have tried everything and asked family members I can't seem to find the emergency help. I don't want to be thrown out of my home with my kids, especially with school about to start with them.

Did you landlord give you notice on time? As they can't just request $500 for rent without formal level notice of the eviction, and this is per Riverside County regulations. Also, some charities do run transitional housing for victims of domestic violence, so look into those programs too. Also, find a listing of rental assistance in Riverside County.

I'm a single mom with daughter. I'm not getting any child support because I'm survivor of domestic violence and my ex was deported so he doesn't pay child support. I'm hopeless and I need help, please. Thank you.

Catching up in a matter of days for 3 months worth of rent sure is an emergency. In fact, it is probably impossible. Your landlord was actually very accommodating with you to not evict you earlier, as that is allowed in Pierce County. So advice would be to start to look for a new home to rent. Until then, find emergency rent and housing programs.

Facing eviction. I need help in staying in my townhouse. I don't have the resources to pay the back rent. I'm new to the state and fallen on hard time health issues prevent me from steady employment. My children are currently working and going to school. I'd like to be able to finish school myself and learn a trade. I've been a homemaker for the last 35 years.

Me and my kids are homeless. We have been moving around for a few months. We are now sleeping at one friend to another month to month. I work full time. My credit is okay but I have a dismissed eviction on my record so its been hard to get approved for an apartment.
There's finally a landlord willing to approve me. I've paid the security deposit but I only have a little under half for the first months rent which is twelve hundred. I can afford this but I had to pay the person we've been staying with so if there is any help or resources please let me know as it is greatly appreciated.

How do I apply for rental assistance? I recently suffered from an ankle injury and was off work for 8 weeks with minimal pay. Having a very hard time catching up. If I don't get my rent caught up, I will be evicted. Rent is $675/month but I owe them $1100.00 for May and now June. I gave them all I had which was $275. I have 3 kids and currently no job due to the fact I was in school for EMT in which I did recently graduate from. Unemployment benefits just ended too! Been looking for a job and I actually landed one at a local Fire Department but I do not start for another 3 weeks. I need the help as my kids need a home.
