Hi, my name is Jessica. I am pending non-renewal of lease July 31. I was out of work for a few months and I have rent arrears. I am currently working and can pay rent going forward, but I owe back rent already from previous months, so my landlord does not want to renew my lease. But if I can get help with the arrears, I may be able to continue renting there I live.
