Any rent assistance offered in North Dakota?

Hello, our landlord charges a $25.00 a day late fee after the 3rd of the month. Our rent is $2,300.00 per month. I own a small business in North Dakota that has seen a sharper than normal seasonal down turn. All of the income I and my wife made this month has gone to the basics, food, water, utilities, telephone. I currently have about $260.00 in the bank and my wife has about $30.00 until her next pay check. She is a medical assistant in an oncology clinic. If you have any information or references that could help, I would appreciate hearing about them.

My name is Bridget and I need help with rental assistance for the month and my rent is 1,250.00. I rent in Fargo ND. I had a family funeral in rural North Dakota that I had to attend and along with that I had school clothes shopping for my daughter and this is why I was unable to pay rent. Unfortunately with school and me attending my brother's funeral services out of state is what caused me to not be able to pay my rent. I would be very grateful to receive the help. I am a single mother of a 13 yr old daughter. I have no support here in the city. I am a recovery addict who has been trying to live a better life for both myself and my daughter and to try and keep a stable home for my daughter. I can provide any other information if needed.
