We owe taxes so gov kept both refunds for the last 2 yrs. My future ex is planning to claim our child next year. I have claimed child the last 2 years....What can I do to make gov knows. I have sole custody ...child lives with me since we seperated. 9/09

If he does what can I do ?
He does pay child support now...but in arrears.
