Am desperate for rent payment help in Chattanooga

I live in Hamilton County in Chattanooga TN. I have been unemployed since April of 2017. In May I was diagnosed with a serious medical condition that prevented me from seeking employment due to impending surgery and follow-up treatment. In late July, the situation changed and my medical situation is now in a "watch" status. The surgery was cancelled and I have been actively seeking employment with no results. I have been living with my mother but soon she may not be able to accommodate myself and my son due to her own situation so I wanted to find out if there is rental assistance available as well and utilities and how do I apply or where do I call?
