Lots of help needed in Cleveland Tennessee

I am a 50-year-old female who just left an abusive relationship in Texas. I was also robbed and assaulted before I left I’m. I am from Tennessee, I was staying in my car with my little 3 lbs. dog, and I have someone who let me stay on their couch. I can't live here because I got a job in Cleveland TN. I’m in Riceville TN. My car is giving me trouble, but it runs I have begged for help everywhere can't get any I have no food or money what I need is someone to get me into a house or apartment, in Cleveland by paying the bills.
The rent a whatever else I need to get me thrust the month of bills till I get a check. I don't I’m afraid I will be homeless and I am not going back to the abuse. I’m trying so hard to get on my feet. But I need help, I don't know what to do.
