no electric 110 degree weather 2 kids and 3 dogs pleasehelp

Hi we are needing help with summer utilities. We are a family of four and the heat index is approaching 100 to 110. My wife and I and our daughter and son. We are located in the Bossier Area. If there is anyway we can get any help please let me know Thank you and GOD Bless

My service panel was damaged and srp inspector says now fire hazard. srp is requiring upgrade I have looked into several differant charities and my local resource center that can not assist with that until august the 2nd .we can not go that long with no utilities. If theyre is some place that any one knows or a liscensed electrician that can do the work and bill me so that i could have it paid for aug 2nd.. we are very grateful to any replies thanks Liz
