Pee Dee Electric customer needing help

My mom is 66 and has COPD she has prepaid lights and they were turned off today and has no money and I have helped all I can. I’m trying to find some assistance for her she can’t pay the $560 deposit to get a regular monthly bill which would help her since she only gets a check once a month. Any help would be appreciated we have called everywhere trying to get money to turn the back of. She lives in Timmonsville SC. Her name is Linda and the Electric company is Pee Dee Electric.
