Ohio Edison bill due and need help

Hello, my name is Jesse. I'm in the process of moving to a new apartment. I've been involved with the Housing Program through the Columbiana County Counseling Center and they are assisting in covering a bill with Ohio Edison, unfortunately they are not able to cover it all and wanted to see if Catholic Charities helped in these types of situations. I'd appreciate any help with other Ohio Edison bills or direction towards assistance, you can contact me here.
