Looking for rent help in Dane County

Hi, my name is Evelyn and I am asking for assistance with my rental payment. I live in Madison in Dance County area apartments and I am having open heart surgery soon and I am trying to get my affairs in order. I will be out of work for some time after the surgery and I am asking for assistance after my surgery.
I will not be able to work for a month or two and I am asking for some assistance in meeting my rent payment. I receive my social security, but it will not be enough. I am asking for some help meeting my payment for just a few months until I get back to work. Please help if you can. Thank you for your prayers and help.
