Re: I am low income senior that needs free dental and where to go?
Hi. I do not know if you can help or not. My partner and I are both seniors AND disabled living on SS. We do not qualify for much help unless we lie and I am not ok with that so…we have gotten behind in dental care so we could pay other bills ($600). Landlord has been patient, but I can tell his wife is going to snap. Our dental care and cleaning are overdue and the insurance on our car has lapsed. We both worked so hard for so long that this is not just embarrassing but depressing and totally overwhelming to see our teeth go so bad and bills behind
We stretch everything as far as possible but it is just not ever enough. I had 2 heart attacks in May so I can’t do much until surgery and he’s type 1 diabetic with a back injury that no one is sure can fix. If there is any help…any place I can plead to…any dental help?

Good afternoon,
My name is Hershell and I am in a bind of needing to pay my dental bills of $600 using my social security in time before they go into collection. I am from Streetsboro, Ohio. I also need additional dental care after paying this bill. I got the information of help from the grant site.

Hi,
Since you have AARP (are a member) be sure to check with them. But there are also many charity dental programs, clinics, etc. and other places. Now implants, as we are sure you know, are costly, but that may be an option too if you are elderly and missing teeth. Find the various free dental charity services.

I need major dental work done but have really no money or insurance. I can't digest the food properly without dental work. I need help paying for the necessary dental procedures (including an implant) that are needed. I have Medicare with AARP United Health Insurance but this doesn't cover the needed dental work and not sure where to go. Any advice is appreciated.
