Anyone fix my driveway? As I live on SSD

Is it mostly just stones and packing it in - stuff like that? So not "huge" repairs that may be super costly? If some, maybe try a local church or charity groups. Good morning, I'm disabled and on SSD income. My driveway needs stone as its all mud, I do have pictures and a bunch of repairs. I'm unable to get in/out every time it rains. I have doctor appointments, treatments that I must attend to. I'm eligible in the rural development as it states when put my address in as well as my income based. Please help or even direct me to someone that could help. Thank you.
