Home prices in Miami and mortgage underwater
All of my neighbors homes in Miami are selling For less money and the houses are underwater or upside down mortgage. So the mortgage is higher than the price of the house. My house is impacted as well. Is there anything I can do if my mortgage is underwater or upside down
