SSI income can't fix furnace

I am low income, on SSI and 69 years old and my furnace is broken again. It is about 30 years old and not a good furnace to begin with.
I am female and receive less than $1000 a month in SSI and SS. Plus food stamps.
Please let me know how I can apply for assistance.
Thank you
Ms Shayne
