yes, as many banks want to work with people. If you can pay them say 20% of what you owe, and the only other choice is bankruptcy, a bank or lender would much rather get their 20% on a loan then nothing from a bankruptcy filing. What charities are in the Miami Florida area that can help me with rent and utility bill. I owe a few hundred bucks in unpaid, old utility bills, and I fear I may lose my power soon if I do not pay off the bill. I know there are charities in Miami, just not sure which to contact for assistance.

Many drug companies are now providing more free meds and drugs to help with this terrible economy. If you can't gey anything for free, defintely take advantage of the generic drugs offered by companies such as Wal Mart, Costco, and Target. They save you huge.
