We raise a granddaughter/ husband off work 8 months back mow can't se To catch up.... Daughter just moved home expecting in dec.... Not sure which way to go...refi/2mortgage/ need to consolidate everything rondeau afloat. Can't qualify for loan modify because 1 pay late on mortgage Any suggestion ? ...
