Families and individuals may be able to get free or low cost health care from community clinics that are located throughout Wisconsin. Most of the centers will offer medical care that is based on the patients total household income, so lower income individuals will pay less money or may be able to get free care. They will offer medical care regardless of a patients ability to pay the bill.
Each center may offer slightly different services. For example, some may offer dental assistance, others have low cost or free prescription medications, and other forms of aid. Most will offer general checks ups, immunizations, counseling, and so called basic health care services.
