Stark, Jefferson, and Carroll County transitional housing.

Get information on regional transitional and low income housing programs for the area of Stark, Jefferson, and Carroll County Ohio. Non-profit organizations, charities, and government resources can assist the homeless and individuals facing imminent eviction. As part of these programs clients and those that have been evicted will be required to be working towards self-sufficiency, employment, and gaining stability.
