Northampton County emergency free food pantries.

Northampton County based food pantries as well as soup kitchens strive to help anyone in need. Clients of these centers come from a diverse background ranging from senior citizens to single parents or children looking for a meal during the summer months. A combination of emergency boxes of food are passed out along with linkage to long term support such as SNAP food stamps.

The funding and donations of food come from a variety of sources including local restaurants, USDA surplus commodities, and fund raisers from the community. The pantries are mostly run by dedicated volunteers as well that are focused on feeding the less fortunate and offering support in anyway they can.
