Free and income-based health clinics in Multnomah County (and Portland OR) offer the low income, unemployed, homeless and those with no health insurance free health or dental care. The services include physicals, therapy, OBGYN, immunizations, telehealth, dental work and more. Find a free health care center near you in the Portland Oregon area.

Most of the community clinics, volunteer doctors or doctors and non-profit hospitals have programs in place that will only bill a patients based on what they can afford to pay. This means the health care center is sliding fee, or income based. The low-income, including people on Medicaid or with no insurance, will often get free medical as well as dental.

The community clinics in Multnomah County  Portland may be able to offer everything from dental cleanings, to lab work and vision care, up through prescriptions for free. There may be ADHD meds, cancer screenings, dental extraction or implants and other help. The Coalition of Community Health Clinics runs the Pharmacy Bridge medication assistance program. The program provides the necessary medications to patients of local medical facilities, Coalition Clinics and Project Access, including for people overcoming an addiction.
