Morris County rental assistance programs.

Find information on where to turn to for rent assistance in Morris County. There are a number of housing resources available to qualified low income families, with a focus on households with children, a senior citizen, or disabled member. Agencies will offer funds for paying expenses ranging from rent to security deposits, and this is often combined with legal support.

As with any non-profit or government service, funding for the rental assistance programs is limited. The money will usually come from private donations or an annual government grant process. However, the goal of each agency is to provide some form of support, whether financial or something else, that will help the tenant get back on track with any rent that they owe.

For details, appointments can be made at one of the locations below. Some, such as charities, are open limited hours. Any assessment will be made and then funds paid out for rent, if the applicant is qualified.
