Several non-profit agencies administer programs in Manassas Virginia that focus on offer rental assistance and funds for paying security deposits and housing expenses. The primary goal of the non-profit agencies is to both help prevent evictions as well as help people or the homeless find new homes or apartments. Funding will also be limited by the Prince William and Manassas rent programs, so unfortunately not everyone can be helped. Action In Community Through Service Of Prince William – The goal of the non-profit community organization is to prevent evictions and reduce homelessness. It wants to help people achieve self-sufficiency. Get emergency rental assistance if you have a 5 day eviction notice. Office of Housing and Community Development - Prince William County (OHCD) – A HUD certified rent and assistance non-profit agency. Eligible low income and qualified residents may participate in various housing programs and initiatives that focus on the areas of rental assistance program.
