A number of churches, charities, and other organizations across Fort Collins and Larimer County Colorado can distribute free food, meals, and groceries to the needy. Other charities only serve hot meals as a last resort to the needy.
Many of the food pantries in Larimer County also have staff and volunteers who will talk to people who need help. Except in a crisis situation, recipients of the resources offered need to have a Food Stamp card from Colorado. Aid is only offered at most once per month, and farm workers and migrants can qualify too.
