When you stop by a center, you will more than likely be able to receive a food package, oftentimes for free, that will be handed out. The number of items provided will depend on the size of your family. Oftentimes you can also meet with a counselor for case management services, and for referrals to other resources across El Paso County. As the number of charities, churches, and food banks and distribution centers that offer help to the low income and others who are struggling is extensive.
