Hi Melissa,
Where? What area? We do have national security deposit assistance programs posted (as well as national) here
https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tance.html
$400 is not much so maybe some agency will help. Use the link, scroll down to accept FL and go from there.

Hello, my name is Melissa and I am in need of some assistance. I've recently successfully discharged from a rehab facility here in Florida and am looking to live a sober life. I got accepted into a sober living house and am just trying to come up with security deposit of 400 dollars. Please if you can't help please send me in a direction of someone who can. Thank you.

So sad that you both moved there then lost your jobs. That is not right. Your employers should have worked with you.
But there is
emergency help in Polk County Florida.
Maybe they can help you and your family of 4 with their bills.

We live in Davenport Fl 33897 / Polk County.
We're looking for help with our rent, electric, and water bill before it's too late.
We relocated here to Florida for my husband to take a full time job to support our family of 4, then myself I found a full time job, however we have both lost our jobs, just merely because we were not liked. We are now in financial hardship and no one to ask to help with our rent to avoid being evicted.

To whom it may concern. My name is Josepha (Josie) and I have a friend that has had cancer in almost all of her body and now it’s in her colon. Therefore, she is not able to work and needs assistance with the bills. Besides her health, she takes care of her 48 year old son who is learning impaired. His mental states are that of a young boy. Her ex-husband was taking care of her bills but during the last few months, he is sending her half of the money and therefore, she can only take care of her rent. She lives in Casselberry, Florida and I would appreciate it, if you could tell me what agencies, she can go to either there or in Seminole County, in order for her to receive help with her bills like electricity, water, food and personal items for her and her son. She is in such a desperate need of help as she has received help from friends and family who can no longer help her, that she has entered in depression. Her worries are so that she feels defeated and with nowhere to go in Florida. I don't want her to give up. Please help her. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding. If you need more information about her, I can give her your number once you contact me.

Hello, I live in the state of Florida and myself and 3 kids are homeless. I have called resource 211 for help but they seem to keep giving me the run around. And it also sends that every family residential shelter is full. I just need some where for my family and I until I can find a place. Or get assistance on getting a place. I have a sickle cell disease child who also has chronic bronchitis. I work and only receive food stamps. Please if there are any resources in the state of Florida that you may know of please let me know.

Here are the Catholic Charity programs for that part of central Florida, including Osceola County. They do have various financial aid programs and free goods, like food, but like any church - charity resources are limited. Also 7 day notice is not much time.

Help with Paying our rent and more. We are a family of 5 in Osceola County hotel running out of money and have received food assistance from Catholic charities this month and we are within 7 days of our payment date with no funds to pay. We lost our only 1992 Honda civic as it blew a head gasket and we have no travel to work.
We both just got evicted from our apartment and we have our jobs we were taking a taxi to which reduced our only funds. We have no savings or assets. We have our stuff in storage at a free month place is coming up as well and we owe on August 19 for both. We have been praying and staying diligent in our focus on God and teaching Love through our trials and tests.
I seems they have been burdening us heavily with debt and everything is falling apart. We stay humble and steadfast and ask for help and trust god will send someone to us.

We have found so many single moms need help. Even when they do their best, too many live in poverty as we have written about. I in effect came from a single mom, and it is possible to overcome hardship and your kids can succeed. In the meantime, find resources in
Sarasota Florida for your needs, bills, jobs, and more.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a single mom behind on bills because I'm only 31 years old and don't have enough money to make ends meet. Yet the state of Florida says I make too much money and denied me for cash assistance and dropped my food stamps from $350 a month to $52.
I was wondering if there is anything out there that can help me. I can make up to $1,000.00 before taxes and deductions are taken out and still be able to keep my disability. I prefer to work from home due to my disability and recent epilepsy diagnosis. I'm really praying there is something out there available for me. You can email me back at this address or call.
Thank You.

I live in Sarasota County and I found your name under needing help paying rent and utility bills. I have 3 children. And I a single mom. I fell behind and just need some help catching Up. Time is critical before power is shut off. Because I have already been served a 3 day notice. I am a server at IHOP I fell behind because it’s been slow and we were closed for a remodel. Anything will help, thank you so much.

We were previously in an apartment and had to move out due to mold and into a hotel for two months because we had no where else to go, not knowing there was potential help out there because we have never experienced this before and have fought for our livelihood for so long. We kept our faith, and moved into the home we have been in since March of this year, but since we have lost our jobs we will now face not having all the money for rent, because once unemployment starts it just will not be enough. We are asking for help because we told our kids that we would not go back to a hotel again, if we could absolutely help it. If there is any amount that we
can assisted with that would be a true blessing for us. God Bless You for this type of help. Thank you sincerely for your time.

I'm calling about my 2 children who plan on moving to Florida soon. They will be attending the police academy within the next couple months or so. My question is, is there any type of living assistance or food assistance, medical assistance, etc. certain for them. They will be living on their own, and the academy will be taking up most of their time, that would have been spent working. Is their a program to help them get on their feet, with TEMPORARY assistance just for the time being of their education. The education should be 6 months.
It's very hard for me and my family to make it here in New York, so they are bettering their chances in Florida to make a better future for themselves and potentially new families. Please give me a call, and thank you.

I need help with food stamps, Medicaid, electric bill, cable bill, water bill and rent assistance or section 8.
I will be in Florida on 6/15/16. I have benefits now in Massachusetts and need to know where to go for the above said. I do not have housing in Massachusetts still on wait list but have my application and number.
Is there one place to go to apply for all the above said or do I have to go to different locations to get set up? Can I start applying?
Online now? I have my address in Bonita Springs FL where I will be living.
Any help will be so appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

We can refer you to many associations and aid programs in Florida. They can offer you help with your job, the clothing you need, and more. But first and foremost, you need a job. The unemployment rate in Florida is very low, so search around and apply for assistance in the meantime.

Maybe. You will need to call the day and child care programs in Florida to check with them. We have the main numbers on the site. But vouchers are only for low income qualified families, and continue with
Florida day care programs.

Dear Sir/Madam, My son and his family live in Palm Bay, Fl. They have two children, ages 4 and 3 respectfully and excepting their 3rd child in August, 2014. Both work and have an annual income of $45,700.00
Do they qualify for financially daycare assistance? One parent may have to leave their job, because they can not afford to pay for daycare. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am a Cape Coral Resident and I desperately need help with paying some of my utility bills. I am previously renting a house but because of my income I am unable to get my water turned back on. I am a 32 year old student with a part time job and I have tried my best to make ends meet but I can not so I am asking you for some much needed help and information on what I might be eligible for. I now I am considered low income do to my work being slow and such. I sometime's can't make the rent, cable, etc. I have no Medical insurance and at times I find myself not having enough money for food or other necessities. I could use any help or info that you can give me so that I can get back on my feet again.
Could I apply for food stamps?
Medical Services?
Utilities?
Rent?
Thanks so much for taking the time out to read this and I do hope I hear from you soon since my water has been turned off.
