Hi,
As we always say, provide a general area as resources are limited. CA has over 30 million people and dozens of major cities, etc. That being said, since you are in a lot, look here for
help paying lot rent, which maybe will help with a mobile home / RV too. Also find additional assistance programs linked from that page on lot rent, including food pantries and financial help which you indicate you may need.

My husband and I both are currently disabled and he will be having surgery next month. So we need food and other help as of right now we have no income, we both have applied for disability.

What county/area of CA? It is obviously a big state! But until then, we do have a list of tons of resources for the state of CA, including local counties and statewide resources. Hopefully you can find a program or agency to help you with those bills and your other needs with the CA financial aid listed here.

We rely on a gas-powered generator to run essential utilities such as our air conditioner, water heater etc which is vital for my health. Additionally, we rely on propane to fuel our refrigerator and gas stove.
We are currently facing financial hardship due to medical bills and basic living expenses. Recently, our CalFresh food stamp benefits were cut off and denied medical insurance from the state of CA Medi-Cal because we do not have a formal lease or documentation showing that we are allowed to park our RV at a fixed location.
Due to this critical situation, I have applied for medical assistance at the hospital to help manage my health and medical needs. I was just in the hospital the other day due to a fall which aggravated my gout I. My knee it blew up real bad and suffering from it now.
Given these circumstances, we urgently need assistance to maintain fuel for my generator and propane for cooking and refrigeration, as well as support with food. Which is critical for my age and medical issues it is getting g very hot here !
