Post by matthite48 »

A couple great grocery saving tip. Vever buy high priced branded goods; instead buy a a product that has the same quality of those expensive goods and you will get the same benefit without spending more. You need to plan your weekly meals ahead of time so you can buy and get the best deals to save money. This would avoid you overspending on goods invaluable or missing some ingredients that are needed.

Well. Only buy necessities. Like chicken, vegetables, soups and bread. Don't buy pop, junk food and deserts. Also buy things that are full of protein and nutrients. Buying cheap food such as t.v dinners is definitely the fastest way to make a meal. But they are filled with carbohydrates that require you to eat more to fill satisfied. So you will eat more to feel full. That costs more. So even though buying certain meal may sound more expensive, a good chicken dinner with fresh vegetables and potatoes will be better for you and your wallet in the long run!
