Yeah utilities / electric are skyrocketing during the Trump admin as he is allowing all the tech companies to build huge data centers, putting strain on the system and thus increasing costs to regular people. But Tech is doing great in this, just not Americans who are facing utilities going up 20 to 40%. But we digress - as far as in Delaware, try this for information on Delaware utility assistance payment plans.

I am 71 years old, and my husband is 74.
