Hi my name is Jessica and I live in Norwich CT. I am hoping you can help me with the prevention of the eviction that my landlord has said he will be starting shortly, if I can not come up with money or move out. This was told to me with a notice to quit also given to me last week. He said I had until the 20th of this month, it's now past that.
