Struggling to find rent assistance in Wichita

Hello, my name is Kara. I received a 3 day eviction notice. I have yet to find any help in Wichita KS. And I have called, emailed and went to multiple different places, including emailing the mayor, Lily Wu, the Governor's Office, Jerry Moran and Congress, community service people for my district and nothing.
I can't get help. I've contacted churches, homeless out reach programs and banks/credit unions.
It's clear that there is NO help in Wichita because look at all the homeless. Unless you live in an area that you don't have to see it every day. Wichita, KS is thriving as far as development, but as far as it's public, it's horrible. Lives should matter over development. Unfortunately, money is the boss and everyone wants to see more of it and they know that helping families isn't a way to get more money coming in. And as long as the homeless encampments are out of view, then who cares. It's like "let's bury this problem and if they are visible to citizens or people who are here visiting, then take away the little possessions they have and get them moving. That's hypocritical and down right wrong. We're supposedly a God fearing country and that is not the case what so ever.
Our Congress and government doesn't show our community compassion or kindness. They judge and abandon. And I am so sick of this. How is it that there's a liquor store and church on every corner. I want to become an advocate once I get my finances and home situation stable and I want to fight for the rights of others. Civil Rights have got to be more than just words on a paper.
A homeless person is treated terribly and their civil rights are stepped on and why would they fight for themselves once they get to the point of homelessness. Too much has already happened to them and they know what's worth fighting for and it certainly isn't their rights. And that’s demeaning. Strip then of their dignity and the right to life.
I don't want to be homeless no one does. Can you help? Can anyone help. Sedgwick County citizen here. I work and I pay my taxes. I raised up my family here and since inflation life has become something out of a drama/horror book.
This needs to change.
