We have 7 people living in my home and frustrated as I can't find a phone number for help. Four of which are small children whom my wife has custody of and we have taken care of for almost two years. I have not been able to pay my utility bill due to the size of the bill and our expenses with these children. Their real mom and dad do not help with these bills and I am trying to at least keep our electric on. Please call me with a list of phone numbers for me to call for help so I can find out my options on what to do.

We have the phone number for each state and their LIHEAP program. Or just google it! It is not too hard to get a phone number. Show some initiative.
And of course your iphone, ipad, etc. will not get paid. Learn more and find
LIHEAP energy assistance phone numbers near you.

Dayton and Montgomery Ohio have programs and resources. try calling the Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area at (937) 341-5000. They do offer emergency financial assistance and ways to get help with heating and energy bills. Germantown Community Services is another option, as well as Dayton salvation Army. Here are the phone numbers and more details on the programs and options they provide low income people.
