Hi Javier,
Thank you for your service as a vet. Yes, we live in interesting times and have since 2016, but it is the country we live in for better or worse. Where it is blame others for issues - but that is sadly human nature and maybe worse in America where people blame the disadvantaged for all the troubles in the world. But we ramble. As far as your situation, try this for emergency rent payment help in Fresno.
Also look into some of the vet specific programs too.
