Hi,
Well call the customer service to ask about Medicare. What do they say? The contact information is here if you need it. https://www.medicare.gov/basics/get-sta ... pful-tools
Also are you on disability? As should get some monthly disability income.
As far as grants, not sure what exactly you mean. Help from a charity or the government? Or unsure as grant is a generic term. Anyway, try this for details on types of grants, then you can use the search feature on the site.

I need some financial help or a grant to help me. I've had to pay out of pocket for my medical bills since I lost my Medicare. I have to drive to my appointment and my truck is needing some work done I am going to have surgery on my left knee.
I need to get things done before my surgery date because I won't be able to get around for a bit. I've tried to save my money to get ready for the surgery but my income doesn't cover my expenses or medical with no Medicare insurance.
If there is away I need to get a grant for 1500 to get my vehicle and medical bills caught up so I won't have to worry about getting to therapy. I have to have someone take me to the hospital and therapy and I need some repairs Done on my vehicle.
If I can hear back from you about the grant, I would appreciate it. My name is James.
Thank you.
