Also the pantries for Kern County will ideally direct you to other support like for water and more.

To whom it may concern, I'm a single male that will be 64 this coming August. I'm retired, income is under $1300 a month, located in California, Kern County and live right next to a Wendy's in a trailer park. I am wondering if my mom and her husband can get free hot meals at Wendy’s using their food stamps. They live in St. Mary’s county in Maryland. My mom is 90 and she has fallen several times and she loves Wendy food and has as a kid.
She suffered a concussion and is now forgetting everything. She has forgotten how to cook! I would like to use her EBT card to try to remind her of Wendys. Her husband does not do well with grocery shopping. They are not eating very well. No one in our family lives close enough to do much.
